Training Description

This course prepares participants to converse in English with skill and confidence within a range of business situations under the umbrella of tourism and hotel management.  The course will enable participants to effectively function, manage and serve their client; whether their client is a travel agent, a tour guide, a courier, a hotel manager or most importantly the guest.  The course implies strong emphasis on participants becoming enriched with relevant terminology through group discussions and role plays.
