Training Description
‘Good manners will open doors that the best education cannot’
This 'open' short course will introduces participants to the concepts and rules that allows one to interact in a civilized fashion and that are imperative for the workplace. Participants’ will discover high-standards of professional conduct for every situation and master the art of meeting and greeting. One never gets a second chance for a first impression and with new founded competencies in dressing for success; confidence will overcome the challenges for small talk. Participants will discover their strength for business networking and demonstrate competencies in planning, organising and managing the dining experience for international clients.
